SHIPPING POLICY

At BYCESAR LLC, we strive to ensure our members are satisfied with both our products and service. To provide transparency, please review the shipping timelines for our pre-order and pre-made items below.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are made to order and require a longer processing period. Timelines are subject to change depending on production finishing earlier/later.

• Production timeline: 3 to 3.5 weeks
• Timeline begins: Once the pre-order window closes on our site
• A shipping conformation email with tracking will be sent once your item is on its way
• Shipping updates: Sent weekly via SMS marketing, Email Newsletter, and Instagram

PRE-MADE ITEMS

Pre-made items are in stock and ready to ship.

• Processing time: 2 to 5 business days
• Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

SHIPPING UPDATES

Members will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier after the order is dispatched.
