HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING PROCESS TAKE?
Pre-orders are processed and shipped within 3-3.5 weeks. The shipping timeline for pre-orders begins after the site closes. All pre-made items are in stock and are shipped within 2-5 business days. All customers will receive tracking information via email when the order is being processed and sent out. Please review our Shipping Policy under the POLICIES section for more details.
ENTERED THE WRONG INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT.
Address changes can be made until your order has been assigned a tracking number. If a tracking number is assigned, your order will be sent to the current address on file.
Size changes must be made before the site closes at the end of the drop taking place. Once the drop has concluded and the site is closed, no size changes will be permitted.
In the case this occurs, please send us an email to designsbycesvr@gmail.com or refer to the CONTACT US section and provide your order number and the new address and/or size change.
Exchanges will not be permitted unless the item is defective.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
If you did not receive a conformation email for your order, there is a possibility you did not enter an email or entered it incorrectly. For any concerns regarding this matter, feel free to reach out to designsbycesvr@gmail.com.
MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN.
Once your order has been processed and shipped to the mail carrier, orders are completely in their control. We understand delays or mishaps can occur, however, the item shipped is no longer in our possession and is solely the shipping carrier's responsibility. If your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier. (USPS - United States Postal Service)
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.
In the rare occasion you have received the wrong item, please refer to the CONTACT section and provide your order number and an image of the incorrect item or reach out to designsbycesvr@gmail.com.
